Refund policy

Our Promise: We want you to feel confident buying from us. If any digital product from IZO KING doesn't feel right for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll send you a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund: Email us at ismail.groupe39@gmail.com with your order number. We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exceptions: Refunds apply to the original purchase only. Bundle upgrades or add-on purchases are reviewed case by case.
Note on digital products: All items in our store are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your download link within 10 minutes of purchase.
